Policies

All templates belong to Action Screen copyright.

Order and Artwork:

  • Orders are to be placed online, by email, or by phone and will be confirmed by E-mail.

  • Once the order is accepted, there is no cancellation.

  • Any cancelled orders are subject to an administration charge. (Min $25.00)

  • Any unused artwork is subject to an artwork charge. (Min $10.00)

  • All orders are based on templates, any change to the artwork, is subject to artwork charge. (Min $25.00)

  • Delivery charges may apply

  • Orders must be placed with artwork approved before 11 a.m. in order for that order to be processed that same day

 

Depending on the nature of the material:

  • Do not place any sticky materials (e.g. stickers) on top of any signage. Action Screen is not responsible for ink or image peeling. 

  • Customers have final approval of all orders. Action Screen is not responsible for any misspelling or information errors after final approval.

  • All colours are based on CMYK or PMS colour terms. Note: Colours may not look the same when compared to images seen on computer displays. Action Screen is not responsible for any difference in colour shades.

  • Customer pictures must be sent in high-resolution attachments. Action Screen is not held responsible for picture clarity.

 

Payment: 

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is received for the order, unless pre-authorized credit has been previously approved by the company.

  • The customer must agree to pay in full.

  • Payment method: Online Interac E-Transfer (E-Mail Transfer), Credit Card, Cash.

  • We do not accept Cheques.

  • Note: NSF payment subject to minimum $35.00 service charge.
